Awesome Full-Body Workout That Requires Zero Equipment.
This workout does it all: arms, chest, abs, glutes, and legs. Each exercise is accommodated by a video showing you how to properly execute it. I scoured Youtube for the best quality videos, and these really get the job done.

You're going to do 30 seconds of each exercise. Repeat the entire routine 3 times. That'll give you a killer workout in under 10 minutes. Don't pace yourself. Go all out for as long as you can for each exercise. If you get tired, slow it down, but try to not take any breaks.

This workout is also great because everyone from a star athlete to a beginner can get a great workout. You just adjust the intensity and speed of your exercises to match your level.

Okay, on to the workout...

Inspiring Quote Shows You Why Failure is Your New Best Friend.
"I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed."
- Michael Jordan

You're hearing it straight from the man who changed the game of basketball. Too many of us are afraid to really go for our dreams and goals because failure seems so devastating. Yet the road to success is paved with failures. Use them to learn and grow and get better and better... until you're the best.
Goal-Setting Time.
It's time to dig deep and come up with 3 simple goals for this week. I want them to be goals that you feel you can obtain - but they take you out of your comfort zone. Make each goal for an area of your life that you want to improve. For example: 1 for your fitness life, 1 for your social life, 1 for your professional life.

Go ahead. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, focus, and write them down. Keep those goals in a place where you'll see them every day. Every time you see them, re-commit to them.

Have an awesome week! Till next time!
